Southern Community Services Billing Correction

Ocean Ridge Property Owners,
The problem with the recently installed information system that caused an incorrect balance to be shown on some statements has now been identified and corrected. As a result, a number of you will receive in the mail a corrected 3rd quarter statement within the next few days. Payment of this corrected balance will be due on August 31, 2019.
The 4th quarter assessment billing will be mailed around September 15.
We apologize for and regret any inconvenience this problem may have caused for you. Please call the office if you receive a corrected invoice and have any questions.
