Office Hours Adjustment
posted 6/15/23 Beginning Thursday, June 15, 2023, the SW Community/Ocean Ridge Management Office will close at 1:00 p.m. daily. Please call the office at 843-869-4300 prior to arrival to make sure there is someone in the office. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and hope to be back on our regular schedule by Friday, June 23rd. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

New Ocean Ridge MPOA Office Hours
Posted 3/12/23: Beginning April 5, 2023 the Ocean Ridge MPOA Office/SW Community Office will be open on Wednesdays from 8:00 – 1:00 p.m. We will continue to be open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 9:00 – 4:00 p.m. Please phone the office at 843.869.4300 to make sure someone is in before you stop by to make sure we are not in the field. Masks Mandated to enter Ocean Ridge MPOA Office
Posted 7/1/20: Under the Town Ordinance, masks are required to enter the Civic Center where the SW Communities (Ocean Ridge MPOA) office is located. Owners can call ahead and be met at the door if desired.
