Office Hours Adjustment

posted 6/23/2023 The SW Community/Ocean Ridge office will return to regular hours beginning Monday, June 26, 2023.  We are open from 9:00 – 4:00 on Monday, Tuesday and Friday and from 9:00 – 1:00 on Wednesdays and Thursdays.  Please call before you come in to make sure there is someone in the office (843) 869-4300.  Thank you for your patience and understanding during the last 2 weeks!

Jenkins Street Entrance Gate

posted 6/19/23 The Jenkins Street entrance gate is out of service.  A technician has been notified and will be on site to repair the arm as soon as possible.  Please use the Summerwind or main gate until further notice.  Thank you for your patience!

Town of Edisto Beach Golf Cart Renewal Information

posted 6/15/23 Please check your state golf cart renewal information.  If you have to renew the state decal, please take your new state decal (after it arrives), a copy of your current insurance policy on the golf cart and the Town form (available at www.townofedistobeach.com) to the Police Department so that they have all the updated information.  If you need a new town decal, the cost is $15.00.  No new decals will be issued without all paperwork being up-to-date.  Only property owners are allowed to own golf carts, subject to individual HOA rules.  If you have questions, please call Amy Johnson, Court Clerk, at 843-869-2505.
