Posted 7/25/22: The MPOA is aware that we have an issue with the water flow in the lagoon close to Dockside Road with an outlet near the Yacht Club. We have had several people come out to study the problem and are seeking the best remedy. We will have it fixed as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience.

Posted 5/4/22: BE AWARE: One of our community neighbors has reported a situation we felt you should be aware of. Neighbor A received a letter inviting them to join a group called NextDoor, and it was supposedly signed by Neighbor B. When Neighbor A asked Neighbor B about the letter, it was a complete surprise to Neighbor B, because she had sent no such letter. So please, be aware that there are fraudulent letters being circulated that present themselves as being from someone in our neighborhood. Be sure to check with the neighbor whose name has been signed to make sure it is legitimate before joining any organization/group.
