Posted 5/19/21: Passes/keys to the Ocean Ridge Cabana are available for purchase for $100 from Wyndham. Those wishing to buy a pass should go to the Recreation Center/Coffee Shop.

Road Construction at Ocean Ridge in the Battery Park Area
Posted 4/16/21: Road construction at Ocean Ridge in the Battery Park area is continuing and is expected to be concluded next week. The following week, construction in the Oristo Ridge area will begin and hopefully be completed by the end of that week. Of course, this plan is contingent on the weather.
MPOA Annual Meeting 2022 (Virtual)
As most of you are aware, January 15, 9 a.m., is our MPOA Annual Meeting. Due to rising COVID numbers, the meeting will be held virtually via Zoom. We invite you to join us by following the directions on this website on the day of the meeting.
If you have not yet voted, please vote your proxy. The information on how to vote came to you via email from announcement@associationvoting.com in early December.
