MPOA Important Billing Notice

Posted 12/12/19: The Ocean Ridge Master POA is in the process of transitioning from CAMS to a new management company effective January 1, 2020. Your 1st quarter 2020 assessment statement which you will receive during the week of December 15 will come from SW Community, LLC. Please follow the payment instructions as outlined on the statement. Other payment options will be available for future assessments.

If you have not paid your 4th quarter assessment, please do so by mailing it to the Edisto Island address shown below. Do not send it directly to the bank as this may result in a lost payment and cause a delay in recording your payment. Also, if you have an autopayment set up, please stop payment of the 1st quarter 2020 assessment as a new bank account will be set up.

This change is being made to ensure that the management of Ocean Ridge remains centered here on Edisto and that all your concerns are handled locally. The office location, 42 Station Court, will remain the same as will the phone number, 843-869-4300, and the mailing address, PO Box 700, Edisto Island, SC 29438. Horace Kinsey and Ida Tipton will continue in their current roles. Their new email addresses shown below will be effective January 1, 2020.
