You may have noticed that some GPS systems direct you to Ocean Ridge by way of the Jenkins Street entrance. If you have friends, renters, or associates who are coming to visit Ocean Ridge, ask them to enter Docksite Road as their destination address on their GPS. This should take them to the front security gate and avoid any confusion.
We have a new process for property owners wishing to express a concern to Southern Community Services, LLC (SCS) and the MPOA Board. Look for the Express a Concern widget on the right hand side of the home page. Click on the yellow “submit a concern form” icon to complete and submit the form. The form is emailed to Horace Kinsey, Office Manager for SCS.
The Town of Edisto Beach will be validating phone numbers in the CodeRED Weather Warning system to make sure they have the most current and up to date contact numbers for participating residents. This is accomplished by calling all contacts within the system which is accompanied by a recorded message.
The Ocean Ridge Summerwind back gate will be closed for improvements and repairs from April 29 – May 1, 2014. It will re-open on May 2. Please use the front gate during these days.
