Security Gate

Trident Security provides access control services at the main entrance to Ocean Ridge and partners with local law enforcement to enhance service security in the community.

  • The main entrance contact is 843.631.5131.
  • 1 King Cotton Road
  • Property owners must notify security of the arrival of guests, contractors, and deliveries.

Emergencies

Call 911 for the following situations. Be sure to stay on the phone until assistance arrives.

  • Automobile accidents
  • Suspicious DUI
  • Reckless driving - automobile/golf carts
  • Excessive noise after 10:00 p.m.
  • Theft
  • Domestic violence
  • Accident injury
  • Fire
  • Gas and chemical spills

Police

Ocean Ridge is under the jurisdiction of Edisto Beach and Colleton County Police.

Non-Emergencies

Call 911 and state that you have a non-emergency issue.

  • Motorcycles without an Ocean Ridge permit
  • Boats in Ocean Ridge without an Ocean Ridge permit
  • Golf carts in Ocean Ridge without an Ocean Ridge permit
  • Dog litter not being picked up
  • Dogs not on a leash
