Office Hours Adjustment
posted 6/23/2023 The SW Community/Ocean Ridge office will return to regular hours beginning Monday, June 26, 2023. We are open from 9:00 – 4:00 on Monday, Tuesday and Friday and from 9:00 – 1:00 on Wednesdays and Thursdays. Please call before you come in to make sure there is someone in the office (843) 869-4300. Thank you for your patience and understanding during the last 2 weeks!

2023 Shrimp Boil Social Deadline is Approaching!

Hot dogs, beer, wine, soft drinks and a terrific shrimp boil! We look forward to seeing everyone on April 1st, NO FOOLIN’!
ATTENTION: All MPOA Homeowners who Rent or Lend their Homes
Posted 6/5/20: Ocean Ridge Homeowners are responsible for advising those renting their houses or friends and family that are using their house of MPOA rules including:
- Dogs must be on a leash, and dog owners are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs.
- Only OWNERS, not renters, friends, or family members, are permitted to have BOATS, MOTORCYCLES, and/or GOLF CARTS in Ocean Ridge.
- Nobody is permitted to feed the deer or alligators.
