Please remember to call security at 843.869.4524 to advise them when you are having guests or contractors from outside Ocean Ridge. This will facilitate the process for both Security personnel and your guests.
Property Owner Email Addresses
We have made excellent progress obtaining email addresses of property owners. If you are aware of property owners not receiving notices and the newsletter, ask them to send their email address to [email protected]. Remember, the best way to stay current with events at Ocean Ridge is to sign up for our email list!
Garbage Receptacles
Please help with our beautification efforts by not leaving trash cans by the road longer than 24 hours before and after trash pickup. In the event you are leaving town more than 24 hours before trash pick up, please discard your trash at the Convenience Center by Town Hall rather than leaving your trash cans by the road. This is one of the concerns expressed by property owners at our 2014 Annual Meeting.
