Posted 7/3/19: The third quarter Ocean Ridge Master POA statements will be mailed out later this week. Southern Community Services and its new business partner, CAMS, are in the process of changing computer information systems which has caused a slight delay in the billing process. Because of this delay, the due date for paying the 3rd quarter assessment has been moved from July 15 to July 31.
